PostPro - Privacy Policy

PostPro is a tool for real-estate agents. It does two things, and they handle data differently:

• Publishing. A Chrome extension publishes the agent's own posts to Facebook groups the agent is already a member of, from the agent's own browser and Facebook account.
• Lead scanning. The same extension can read posts in those same groups to find people who are privately looking to buy, sell or rent a home. This collects information about other people, and it is described in full in its own section below.

What the extension accesses

• Your PostPro account key. Stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage.local) and sent only to PostPro's own server (postpro.co.il, and post.nadlan-pro.com during the move to it) to identify your account.
• The posts you create. The text, images and group list you configure in the PostPro dashboard, so the extension can publish them for you.
• Which Facebook account your browser is signed in as. The numeric account id (and display name, when readable) - so posts go out from the account you chose and not from another one you happen to be switched to. We do not read your password, your friends list, your private messages, or your browsing history.
• The list of groups you belong to. Their names and links, so you can choose where to publish.

Lead scanning - what it collects, and about whom

Lead scanning is on by default and can be paused at any time from the dashboard. It runs in your own browser, on groups you are already a member of, and reads only posts that were already visible to you as a member.

What is read

• The text of posts in those groups.
• For a post that looks like a private buyer or seller, the author's public profile "About" text - used only to decide whether the author is an estate agent. Posts by estate agents are discarded.

What is stored on PostPro's servers

For a post kept as a lead, we store:

• the author's name and a link to their Facebook profile;
• a link to the post, and the post's full text;
• the city, neighbourhood and street mentioned, and a budget if one was stated;
• whether they appear to be buying, selling or renting;
• the name of the group the post was found in;
• a short AI-generated summary of the post, and a record of their other posts we have seen.

Who else can see it

A lead found in a given city is shared with other PostPro customers who work in that city. If you scan a lead in a city another agent also covers, it appears in their dashboard too, and leads they find in your cities appear in yours.

Third parties

The text of a scanned post is sent to Anthropic (the Claude API) to classify whether the author is a private person or an estate agent, and to write the short summary. Anthropic processes it on our behalf for that purpose. We do not sell or rent data to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long it is kept

A lead is kept until it is deleted. Every agent can delete any lead from their dashboard at any time, and deletion is immediate and permanent for that agent's copy. There is currently no automatic expiry: if nobody deletes a lead, it stays. Because a lead can be shared with agents in the same city (above), deleting your copy does not delete theirs.

If a post of yours was collected

If you posted in a Facebook group and want your details removed from PostPro, email mordi9191@gmail.com with a link to the post or to your profile, and we will delete every copy we hold. You do not need a PostPro account to ask.

What we do NOT do

• We do not collect your browsing history.
• We do not read or store your Facebook password, private messages, or friends list.
• We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
• We do not post anything you did not create and schedule yourself.

Where data is stored

• Your account key is stored locally in your browser only.
• Everything else - your posts, your group list, and any leads - is stored on PostPro's own server (postpro.co.il, and post.nadlan-pro.com during the move to it), under your account.
• Server logs record technical events. They do not contain full phone numbers, passwords, or account keys.

Why each permission is needed

• storage - to save your account key locally.
• alarms - to check periodically whether you have a post waiting to publish.
• tabs / scripting - to open a Facebook tab and publish your post in it, and to read group posts when lead scanning is on.
• power - to keep your computer awake while the agent is configured, so posts you scheduled still publish overnight (the screen may still turn off).
• Host access to facebook.com - to publish, and to read the groups you belong to.
• Host access to *.postpro.co.il and *.post.nadlan-pro.com - to fetch what you scheduled and report results. Both are PostPro's own servers: the extension is bridging a move from the second address to the first, so an installation keeps working whichever one it has learned.
